Appointment Scheduling

Qu Robotics uses self-hosted Tymeslot (QuRobotics Booking) for meetings arranged by direct invitation. Invitees provide their name, email address, optional message and chosen appointment time. Invitees do not need an account or Google OAuth authorization.

Google Calendar checks availability across the operator’s connected Google accounts and creates and manages bookings. The integration has broad permissions to view, edit, share and permanently delete calendars accessible to those accounts; it is not read-only. Calendar data may be cached locally. Google Meet generates video meeting links, and Gmail SMTP sends booking confirmations, reminders and other notifications.

Cloudflare Tunnel provides public access to the booking service and processes connection information and booking traffic. Appointment details are stored on the self-hosted system and processed by Google and recipients’ email providers as needed to arrange meetings and deliver notifications.

Qu Robotics uses Google API data only for scheduling and meeting functionality, not for advertising, sale, profiling or AI training. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
